@British_Airways Put more people on your phone lines. This is a disgrace. I’ve tried 20+ times to call - when I eventually got through, the person hung up after I gave my booking ref. You also cancelled my flight on Thurs and have been horrendous with communication

@easyJet flight from Belfast City to LGW was cancelled last minute last night. Got rebooked on a flight tonight which is delayed. Not able to claim compensation due to “exceptional circumstances”. Trains in London won’t be running by time I now land (if). Absolute disgrace
