@cineworld why has my unlimited account been changed without my knowledge? I was a black card member of group 3, now I’m a standard card member of group 2 where you’re making me pay uplifts to go to the cinema. Why does this keep changing?

@Plusnet hi, are there issues with plus net broadband today? My internet keeps crashing out - one minute it will be 25mbps then the next it’s 150kbps - ive rebooted my router with no change. It’s making it hard to work

@cineworld hi, please can you help. My ticket for Penguin Lessons was cancelled because Rugby put the wrong showing up, they’ve now put the unlimited showing up but it won’t let me book saying it’s not accepting my unlimited card. Can you please help? Thanks

@BarclaysUKHelp hi, what will happen regarding all bills that get paid on Monday (mortgage, rent, utilities) -if you’re not fixed by then it will affect peoples lives (late payment fees and credit issues)will Barclays get these sorted with the suppliers so people aren’t affected?

@rugbybc how long does it take for the staff to come back and empty green bin that has been paid for but not emptied. Reported on day it was meant to be done and it says within 3 working days - still not emptied..when something costs extra - not great

@AmazonHelp my delivery is constantly going from “out for delivery” back to “not yet shipped”. I was told it would be delivered on Monday when I spoke to yourselves and Amazon hadn’t lost it - what’s going on now (meant to be delivered last Saturday)

@Plusnet my broadband keep’s dropping this evening - when I do get a connection I get 1mb/s rather than 60-70mb/s
What’s going on? It’s not my router as even restarting it keeps dropping. Are you having UK issues
