Thread claims a 9-min bedtime routine clears 'cortisol waste' from your belly for a flatter stomach overnight.
The breathing + abdominal massage part? Actually decent for relaxation, better sleep, and less bloating.
The 'biology professor said your belly stores cortisol trash' science? Pure clickbait pseudoscience.
Do the routine if it helps you unwind, but don't expect magic fat loss. Real results come from consistent sleep, stress management & training.

Honestly, I'm not against the lab-grown cacao at all. It's bio-identical to traditional — same taste, texture, and chemistry.
Big brands are investing because real cocoa supply is in crisis (climate & diseases). This could be a smarter, more sustainable future with fewer contaminants.
No major red flags for me if it's safe & labeled. Innovation > fear. Still love good chocolate either way
