The key deadline your company needs to be aware of to make sure you're eligible for tariff refunds is June 13, 2026. After that date you will not be able to file protests for entries filed on February 4th, when the first IEEPA tariffs were put in place. Once they exit that window (494 days after entry), the only recourse will be a lawsuit.

@typesfast This is INACCURATE information. DO NOT FOLLOW. There are multiple deadlines to be aware of. There is a protest deadline, which is 6 months after the date of liquidation of entries that paid IEEPA. There is a 2 year statute of limitations to file a lawsuit.

Repeating: NOW is a good time to shovel if you've switched from snow to sleet. 1-3" of sleet (which is multiple times heavier than snow) on top of this snow will make it MUCH harder to clear later.

@wmataGM @wmata Thanks for the reply; usually am cycling. Signage, lighting, trains, etc. all look great. Surprised at the broad range of times its taken to go across town at different times on different days so was curious on metrics (e.g., last Thursday 5:30pm = 38 mins; 8:30am = 18 mins).

Started taking @wmata again after years-long hiatus. Nice experience if you don’t need to be somewhere timely. Legit curious about data for average trip times. Union Station for Foggy Bottom for instance: 4 diff’t trips ranging from 18 mins to an incredible 41 mins.
