@PastorHamilton8 I want a partner in life. I have that with my wife. We both worked. We both have mutual respect for each other. Not a contest between each other, but a shared experience together to make a life
@cothtwit@Sassafrass_84@CorkySwift2 You're a freaking idiot. People not getting vaxxed had nothing to do with the pandemic. Change what news station you watch moron
This is not about Israel.
This is not about the Jews.
It never was.
It’s about conservative Christians.
It’s about deliberately turning Protestant against Catholic, Catholic against Orthodox, and Orthodox against Protestant. Why? Because conservative Christians are the constituency the post-liberal right must capture before they can dismantle the liberal constitutional order and replace it with something far more authoritarian.
The leading intellectuals of the post-liberal right have already told us what they believe. They describe liberalism as a disease. In their own books, they trace that “disease” back through the Protestant Reformation because the Reformation helped establish the principles they resent: individual conscience, religious pluralism, limits on institutional authority, and the right of the believer to stand before God without political rulers dictating faith.
The belief that the government cannot command your conscience is a problem. The state cannot decide which church is legitimate, which interpretation of Scripture is permitted, or which Christians are sufficiently orthodox to remain free. That is the problem.
America broke with centuries of European sectarian bs by refusing to establish one denomination as the official guardian of the nation. Protestants, Catholics, Orthodox Christians, Jews, and people of every faith are protected by the same constitutional order. No bishop, patriarch, pastor, monarch, or president gets to use the state to impose his theology on us.
That is one of the greatest achievements of the American order.
So the post-liberal right must teach American Christians to hate it.
They have to import the sectarianism America was designed to avoid.
Catholics must be convinced Protestants are dangerous individualists, Protestants that Catholics are agents of foreign authority, Orthodox Christians that Western Christianity is hopelessly corrupt, and all three have to see that religious freedom is just weak poisonous secular liberalism.
Christian Zionism is the blood libel. The gateway drug.
Any Protestant who refuses to renounce Christian Zionism or surrender his own reading of Scripture, individual liberty, and freedom of conscience is not theologically mistaken. He is infected, heretical, foreign-controlled, dangerous, and a threat.
That is the long game.
And it has nothing to do with anyone’s actual denominations or religion.
Only power.
Everyone is free to worship.
Everyone’s conscience is protected.
No denomination may seize the state and use it to subordinate the others.
And that is what the authoritarians cannot tolerate. They are not trying to settle a theological argument. They are trying to destroy the principle that prevents them from exercising unchecked power.
So no none of this is about Israel or Jews.
It is about persuading conservative Christians to surrender the constitutional protections that keep every one of us free.
They are using sectarian division to convince Christians to throw away their own inheritance.
And history tells us how that ends.
@MrNasty1725327@10shekelsshirt@mattvanswol You need to read YOUR bible, brother. Jesus rose again remember? He came to Saul on the road to damascus where he hit him with a blinding light and saved him
