@santanderukhelp @santanderuk as I said before, the response “just stay on hold” is not helpful. You do not offer a call back service or inform your customers how long they’ll be waiting. Basic levels of service that you can expect from any institution of the size of Santander. #badservice

@santanderuk this is ridiculous - I am trying to make an overpayment on my mortgage and I cannot do it online as I don’t have a current account with Santander and I have been on hold for half and hour with no indication how long I will be on hold... can someone help please!
