@hugorifkind I'd say you need to rest still. I went straight back into exercise after recovering from a mild case. 4 months later I crashed and still haven't recovered. Hundreds of others reporting the same. You need to give your body time to recover properly. Don't take the risk
@AnishaSekar @itsbodypolitic All sounds very familiar, except I crashed after 4 months not 2 weeks. Strategy zoom meetings are the worst & it's Jan so we're doing all our annual planning. Very envious of your 10 miles, I did a gentle cycle last week & still haven't recovered.
@GeorgeMonbiot@ThomasPogge Make sure you take the time to convalesce & recover fully. Myself & 100s of others I'm speaking to went straight back to regular exercise & stressful jobs & crashed months later & still haven't recovered. Go easy, rest, eat well & avoid stress.
Hi @LongCovidSOS I developed post C-19 syndrome (brainfog & fatigue) 4 mths after mild infection. I'm speaking to 100s of others in same boat. Have you come across any literature re: delayed onset? We're convinced it's a thing & poss brought on by over exertion in recovery period
I've never noticed how @SoVeryBritish the #COVID19 symptom tracker is. You could literally be in hospital with double pneumonia and multiple organ failure and the option you need to select says...
"I'm not feeling quite right".

@FergusCraig One of many claims to fame I have is that when Nick Figgis first came to Heaton Manor I had to chaperone him home after school. And one time I forgot as I was hanging out with you @JoBoHem down the Dene
@FergusCraig And what do Hiddlestone, Lewis, West, Redmayne have on Craig, Hunnam, Murs, Spence? Nothing. I think your BBC chums will think twice next time they knock comps.
Yes, I remember you a little bit. I think you used to walk round the cloakroom calling yourself Dr. Funkenstein π
Can @MattHancock or @BorisJohnson_MP please confirm if it is true that the Gov won't be seeking a refund as it has lost the return slip and doesn't have a printer at home.
