The Representation Project, founded by Jennifer in 2011 as gender non-profit received the donations during Gavin Newsom’s rise from lieutenant governor to governor.

The nonprofit has paid Siebel Newsom more than $3.7 million (including $2.3 million in salary) from 2011 through 2018 and routed additional funds to her for-profit production company, Girls Club Entertainment, for film work.

Kaiser Permanente donated exactly $20,000 to sponsor Representation Project events in 2018 and 2019.

Kaiser then received $172.2 million from the state

Influence Watch documented Kaiser securing business from state contracts during the Newsom administration, including a $500 million no-bid contract for a pandemic field hospital and later controversial Medi-Cal managed care arrangements.

PG&E donated $358,000 to The Representation Project between 2011 and 2018, according to IRS Form 990 filings,

The utility declared bankruptcy in January 2019 during massive wildfire liabilities, including the deadly 2018 Camp Fire that killed 85 people.

Newsom signed AB 1054 in 2019, creating a $21 billion wildfire fund backed by ratepayers and taxpayers that provided relief to PG&E.

Donations happened 2011–2019, with spikes around Newsom’s 2015 gubernatorial announcement and 2018 election.

The Department of Justice is investigating Siebel Newsom’s taxes and nonprofits tied to her and the governor, based on whistleblower complaints to the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Sacramento from 2021 and 2024-2025 - investigations that were started during the Biden administration.

Maricopa County officials WIPED the MEMORY of Dominion voting machines from the 2020 ELECTION, clearing all data, logs, and records before turning them over to the Arizona Senate's independent forensic auditors for the 2020 election audit.

This was not routine maintenance, it was deliberate obstruction to prevent auditors from accessing machine logs, ballot images, or audit trails.

County officials failed to preserve the machines in their original post-election state despite knowing an audit was coming.

The Arizona 2020 election was stolen and then they covered it up, destroying evidence of irregularities, vote manipulation, and tampering. Why and HOW was the Arizona 2020 election ever legally certified? They did this again in 2022.

Maricopa County did NOT test ANY of the tabulators for logic & accuracy used at the 246 vote centers, which is required by law, that they claim they did test on 10/11/2022, which logs later proved there was NO tabulators tested or even turned on. They only tested 5 spare machines.

On 11/8/2022 there were 464,926 ballot scan attempts, over 50% had misfeed issues and would not tabulate any ballots, especially in high Republican areas.

The Election Assistance Commission limits misfeed issues to 1 in 500 ballots. Maricopa County's misfeed issues were 1 in 2 ballots.

Machines rejected 180,894 in-person ballots on Election Day out of 248,070 total cast. 260 out of the 445+ tabulators used in Arizona rejected ballots with the same error codes that arose on Election Day.

Tabulators rejected over 7000 ballots every 30 mins. What did they program on those memory cards, why didn't they test the machines, and why were logs missing?
