.@BritishGas absolutely diabolical service and irresponsibility, leaving 2 elderly people without heating for 5 weeks and counting. No contingency arrangements made. All because of incompetence, oh sorry we ordered the wrong parts! 3 times!! Should be escalated and rectified ASAP

@BritishGasHelp Hi Tracey, 15 weeks now, still counting! It’s not me, it’s my parents and they have complained 13 weeks ago. Absolutely disgraceful situation, both occupants are now ill, one is a vulnerable disabled.The service and organisation is shameful #lawsuit #britishGas

Absolutely horrific customer service & non-treatment of suspicious activity on my @PayPalUK account, 1.5hrs on the phone, the only advise, to cancel, only to receive an email saying ‘Your PayPal account is now live’ moments later. I hope they take fraud more seriously for others
