I haven't posted new personal stuff for eons. I have recorded a video showing some of the rigging related personal tools I have been developing in my spare time during the last years. I hope you like it. As always, all feedback is more than welcome ;)

Unite to survive.
Enemy operators, Layla and Cross, must form a fraught alliance against a lethal threat neither could overcome alone.

Today is a very special day.
After years of hard work, CrossFire, the project I’ve been working on with my team at TNM, has finally been announced!
Proud of what we’ve built and incredibly grateful to this dream team.
Enjoy the first look 🚀

Last year I spent 133,236 minutes listening to Spotify. 92 days of music.
I got tired of alt-tabbing out of Unreal Engine to control Spotify.
So I built Music Remote Player: a UE5 plugin for controlling music directly inside the editor 🎧
Now on FAB 🚀

Nvidia's DLSS 5 will now invent new pixels for you and assume it knows lighting better than you do.
If you want to know how this works and why it was inevitable, you can watch my GDC2019 talk where I broke it down 7 years ago:

I have written a C++ setup guide for Rider and UE5. Including the errors you might run into during installation or first compiling your Unreal project.
A few personal preferences were included…depending on how minimalist you like your code editors.
I honestly believe we are building something special here.
Here’s to the next two years and everything that’s yet to come! 🙌
PS: Yeah ... Sofia made all the hard work 😉
2 years already at TNM, time flies! 🚀
Looking back, I feel incredibly proud and grateful to be part of this amazing team.
Every day, I get to learn from some of the most talented and genuinely kind people in the industry and that’s a privilege I don’t take for granted.

That's No Moon | 3 Years Behind Us, Our Vision Ahead…
To reflect on three years of That's No Moon, our CEO, Taylor Kurosaki, jotted down a few notes of what it's been like building our studio, vision, and culture.

Today, we open-sourced the code from "SIGGRAPH Asia 2022 - Rig Inversion by Training a Differentiable Rig Function". 🎉
Rig inversion is a mathematical approach that allows animators to remap an existing mesh animation onto an animation rig.

We've heard all the feedback about how complicated it is to retarget. Well no more! We've been hard at work to retarget common skeleton types for bipeds. Incredibly excited for people to try this out in UE 5.4 and UEFN! #UE5#UEFN#animation#gamedev#rigTip
We feel for all those impacted by industry layoffs - we have a large number of open roles and will be continuing to add more in the coming weeks.
Please take a look at our website to see if there is a good fit for you. 🖤

I'm grateful for the time spent at my dream job, working alongside some of the most talented and kind-hearted developers. It's been a true blessing to be a part of such a team.
