@AmazonHelp But how do you cancel items that have clearly got stuck in your system? I try to cancel it every day, never lets me. So I guess you keep my money and I dont get what I paid for? Can you actually provide support or do you just give people links to existing help pages?
@AmazonHelp I ordered something on the 8th of July and (despite being in stock) you still havent shipped it. You wont even let me cancel it and keep making up estimated delivery dates. How is this acceptable?
