@officialcalor Once again we're down to 12% gas at home without any contact despite having a monitored installation. Calls waiting for over an hour, emails not replied to. Come on..

@officialcalor @officialcalor whilst I appreciate your agent DM'd me over this, we received a call that gas would be delivered on Friday 23rd, it's now end of day on Monday 24th and still no gas, down to 4% in the tank. As usual no callback from the perpetually busy phone line.

@officialcalor we've been ringing all week with no answer on the phones. Requested a callback multiple times and heard nothing. Home gas supply is now < 9% and heating is starting to fire up again in the babies room. We need a delivery!
