@fingerg@chanleck1@YahooSports@jaybusbee I have and I get it. But I also know about boutte in New England and punishments don’t seem equal. And he was making parlays on himself. Then I realize the league lets domestic abusers and worse go; and I realize this is a 21 year old kid who probably deserves a shot
@LisaRawlsFit@YahooSports@jaybusbee If that’s the case just hold have no one select him. But selective stats like 0-8 in novdon’t mean anything. He got in trouble for people placing bets for him a proxy. That means he surrounded by enablers. If a team wants him, they could bring him in a control environment w/ help
@chanleck1@fingerg@YahooSports@jaybusbee Couldn’t agree more. Punishment is more cause of the spotlight which isn’t right. Idk how people don’t see that. 21 year old kid with an addiction. NFL has unlimited resources, get him in a building get him help, then send him out to speak to young athletes and make good out ofit
@LisaRawlsFit@YahooSports@jaybusbee This is America, people change and we give 2nd chances. It’s what makes us great. I’m not cool with such a stiff penalty of a 21 year old kid. Dude has a problem, let him work, get him help then send him on a tour to help others. Make good out of the bad
@NotSoAngryScout@_nupe_IT Agree. 21 year old kid with an addiction. I hate saying that cause feels like a cop out. But there’s so much emphasis on gambling now. NFL should work with them, negotiate a suspension, let him be drafted and send him on a tour in front of kids of what not to do.
@JewboyJesuslovr@MaxtheHippo@AndrewBrandt Disagreed Kessler is the nflpa’s council you don’t think he talks to them all the time lol. This a battle and they picked the battle ground
@buliopf@alexkatson His lawyer has ties to the nflpa, wouldn’t laugh to hard they see him as potential dues. His lawyers track record is incredible, and not the guy the nfl wants to open up discovery for. All that said I just don’t think we’ve heard the end of it
@PorterZoey6481@ChrisVannini Kessler has some of the deepest ties to the nflpa, google him lol. He’s not in the PA yet but they seem him as potential dues, they are gonna fight for him. Not saying they will win but there’s a reason he is representing him. He’s also one of the best anti trust lawyers
@rece_messmer@___Colb___ His lawyer is literally one of the nflpa’s lawyers, and sorsby is potential dues for the NFLPA they will get involved. Nothing is ever as cut and dry as it seems, we definitely haven’t heard the end of this unfortunately
@NilsHeadley@geoffschwartz His lawyer Kessler is a shark, he doesn’t take sorsbys case without knowing this and something he wants to take on. He’s loving this
