@JacobsBen They paid £25m for him! Three years ago when no one else was prepared to. He's proved he's good enough and transfer fees have gone silly since then. So if any cartel clubs want him, they pay what Bournemouth want or they piss off. Easy choice for them.

@CoachMeron And of the 8 academy lads who signed scholarships, two are goalkeepers (Mair & Dowell) who have represented England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 at their age and highly thought of. They'll both turn 17 years old in 2026, so not much younger than the £20m French acquisition.

@LukeEdwardsTele Agree with most of this, inc overall verdict. Losing a player of his magnitude causes catastrophic damage to the "project". On Isak - NUFC got close to their asking price in the end and L'pool got an unfit player who wasn't ready to play for months. Not sure they view deal fondly
