Since July my @astoundconnects email been down on and off. Each time no access to my account. Each time it takes days for them to admit they have a problem. Before they were acquired I never had an issue. I have had an RCN account for decades.

@astoundconnects I’m still not able to access my account or use email. Your support team says there’s no issue being reported internally but are getting calls because users are experiencing issues
