Update… @EE have admitted they closed the farm telephone line in error, the number is now removed & able to be reallocated. Their advice.. sign up with a new provider! No apology, no attempt to resolve just told to go away! 🤬

@EE Thank you for your reply but apparently the account tried to migrate to digital voice, failed and cancelled the account. The number is lost & only way forward is to join BT as a new customer with a new number. But they did say they would weaver any early termination fees!

@EE has just informed me, they have deleted our landline number by mistake & they don’t know why/how or if they can get it back! That’s our decades old farm phone number, our likelihood depends on that number, gone! 3hr on hold and counting 😡😭

@OctopusEnergy You’ll be lucky! Paid deposit in December, email end of January saying over 6 month wait for survey! Requested deposit refund. 10days later NO REFUND!! Obviously not so “Fully Refundable” 😞#dissapointed
