Now some people would say why are you going to these places with ratings under 4 out of 5 on Google maps, and to that I say: because Google maps will not tell me what to do. I will find a biryani, and only look up the Google maps review rating after I've formulated my review

In my next series of culinary reviews I will be sharing my opinions of chicken biryani from a fried chicken shop. This one was amazing. It was £5 for a "meal" which means the biryani also comes with a bottle of water. Which actually was useful because I was going out for a walk.

Now this one, unfortunately just nowhere near as good. It was £5 for the biryani plus a small thing of dal. Chicken was cooked in the biryani, it was very rich, quite oily, it wasn't unpleasant but didn't have that wow factor of amazing flavours. Dal was very garlicky (I liked).

Despite a partial arms suspension in 2024, Keir Starmer's government has continued to enable Israel's atrocities against Palestinians, their families and children through the supply of F-35 fighter jet parts.

Nothing can change the horrors Palestinians have faced. But the next Prime Minister has an opportunity to put an end to the UK Government's role as an ally to atrocities.

The UK Government must:
🔴 Suspend all arms sales to Israel
🔴 Suspend the UK-Israel trade and partnership agreement
🔴 Ban trade with illegal Israeli settlements
