@X using version 12.13 build 10, I can only see 20 folders when book marking a post. I used to see all my folders (50 or so). I also don’t like that when I got to history and open a folder, I only get the last 20 or so posts. These limits make using folders unusable.

A big problem that should be easy to fix is that you only have a short window after receiving the new valuation to challenge the appraised value. But it’s not for months later that you get the bill and realize the difference it would have made. Challenges should be allowed for at least 3 months past when the new tax bill is received (end of the year).

@nchousepress @ncspeakerhall @ErinforNC If you want to help the people, change NC General Statute 105-357 that imposes up to $1000 penalty for a bounced check. This would be criminal if a company did it! Charge what the bank charges you for a bounced check, not a percentage of the property taxes!
