@TeamCommandGG I tried using Your live chat service, while that was a thing. the guy couldn't assist me as for some reason the order confirmation emails i received did not have any order number on them, so he couldnt find it on the system

@TeamCommandGG Yes. i ordered a tub using Torvesta code and therefore was supposed to receive the tub and 6 cans. What i received instead was 12 cans and no tub. I'm not a mathematician but i'm certain that's me 20 GBP down.
