@NOWHelpTeam A DM merely hides that shocking level of service I've just received. After waiting for 15 minutes on hold your customer assistant Michael spent about 30 seconds trying to remedy my problem. I think Michael's approach to customer service is 'The customer is wrong'. I’m stunned.
