@railair It was fine, thanks! The RA3 was empty as it often is. I think you'd do better running a service to Milton Keynes city centre rather than competing with Arriva on the Watford route.

@railair Because @HeathrowAirport took 45 minutes to deliver our bags, we've missed the 13:50 RA3 to Watford we were booked on. I assume we can use the 14:50 with the same ticket without issue?
