最近，中国疾控中心的研究团队在《柳叶刀·公共卫生》发布了一项重磅研究

研究分析了从2005年到2020年，中国癌症死亡率的变化趋势。包括整体数据、不同性别、省份、年龄的"致命"癌症类型等等

这三种癌是主要死因
从2005年到2020年，中国癌症相关死亡总人数增加了21.6%

无论男女，导致死亡最多的三种癌症都是：肺癌、肝癌和胃癌

还有一个变化，肠癌和胰腺癌的相对死亡率在提高

这两种癌都被称为“富贵癌”，一般发达国家和地区发病率高，和过多加工食品、红肉、高糖高脂饮食等密切相关

研究人员指出，中国的癌谱和死亡负担逐渐向高收入国家转变

65%的癌症死者是男性
在2020年因癌症死亡���近240万人中，男性占了157万，男性占比超过65%；女性83万，男性死于癌症的风险是女性的近2倍

男性前5大癌症死亡类型没有变化，依次为：肺癌、肝癌、胃癌、食管癌、肠癌

值得注意的变化是：胰腺癌从第7上升到第6位，前列腺癌从第12位上升到底8位

女性前5大癌症死亡类型是：肺癌、肝癌、胃癌、肠癌、乳腺癌

肝癌从第3升到了第2，肠癌从第5升到第4，乳腺癌从第6升到了第5。

为什么男性的癌症死亡风险远高于女性？

研究人员认为可能与生物差异和环境因素有关，例如男性更容易暴露于职业风险、高社会压力和抽烟、喝酒等不健康的生活方式

不同省份的致命癌症
研究团队还分析了不同省份的癌症相关死亡情况。有11个省份的癌症总死亡率高于全国平均水平

肺癌：无论男女，黑龙江排名都很靠前，和全国领先的吸烟率、空气污染有关

胃癌：最危险的地方是青海和西藏，这些地方幽门螺杆菌感染比例高，医疗水平又偏低

肠癌：北京、上海、广东等地发达地区，明显高于其他省份
