@Deplorable_Mi @jarettsdaddy @FPWellman @ScottWalker I think those are important policies to put in place for sure, but voter fraud is almost non-existent nationwide. The idea that mail in voting leads to shenanigans isn’t supported by any more evidence or examples than in person voting which is very few.

@ScottWalker But why? Don’t we want to encourage civic engagement by making voting easier and not harder? What do we lose from early voting, absentee voting, more accessibility?

@jarettsdaddy @FPWellman @ScottWalker I’m a teacher and I don’t get Election Day off. Polls don’t open early enough to go before work and after work is limited, esp. if you work an additional job. Also for our run-off in Georgia I’ll be in the hospital having a baby. I shouldn’t get an absentee ballot?
