@alexsmith1062 Spot on! I wrote a letter to the Liverpool Echo at the time headed 'In Defence of Sam Semoff' which laid bare the culpability of those who today grab the headlines denouncing PFI and Carillion. Their role in validating this criminality will not be forgotten.
