They took down the website.
Scientists built a new one.
Former NOAA employees launched https://t.co/sL7OP9zg0s to make sure reliable climate science stays accessible to the people who need it most.
Now that's climate resilience. 👏

MAGA:
2016 was fair! (Obama was President)
2020 was rigged! (Trump was President)
2024 was fair! (Biden was President)
They’re going to rig 2026! (Trump is President)
Why is Donald Trump so fucking bad at securing elections according to MAGA?
If you haven't yet, you really should watch Tim Miller's interview with Pete Buttigieg. 👇
It's over an hour long, and they cover a lot.
Starting at 16:20, they spend about a half hour digging into Pete call for reform. I've been rewatching that part.

@ramirezkarang@indri_4biking@Timodc CPS did not discuss this, that came from Pete in his blog post about the incident. CPS and the cop told him that. Given it happened to him, then he can 100% disclose that when he talks about it.
Monopolies squeezing farmers.
Consumers and workers squeezed on all sides.
Small businesses swamped by the big guys.
Our economic reality will not change until we change what's wrong with our political system.
President Trump promised his “big, beautiful bill” would supercharge the economy. Critics saw something else: a giant transfer of resources from low-income Americans to the wealthy.
One year later, the biggest consequences are still to come. https://t.co/5LX0ePdWqX
@tommyturnerAZ@RubenGallego Lifting the cap is a huge tax increase on the middle class. Why is there never any talk of taxing the wealthy instead? How about we leave the cap in place but then tax incomes from say $500k to $1 million?
@VanJones68 Problem is one side is much more reasonable than the other. Dems are currently at a break glass moment. Do we really expect the GOP and MAGA to all the sudden start acting reasonably again?
As a small business owner, this really hits home. Our costs went up and now we get left out just like all the consumers. Trump only cares about himself and big business. Adding it to the very long list of reasons why he is the worst president.
Small businesses annoy Trump. He couldn’t care less about them.
Q: ‘Are you considering tariff relief for small businesses?’
Trump: ‘Why do you always mention, you know, a couple of little businesses.
Let me translate this message:
"Oil is up to $100 a barrel again after Iran Closed the Strait of Hormuz and no peace deal has been agreed to.
I am now panicking because I got myself into a quagmire and am wrecking the US economy."
For the record: The Washington Post can go fuck itself.
Support pro-democracy media that doesn't have its head stuck up Donald Trump's ass. https://t.co/99sX9k2DLV
In an age of creeping relativism, a universal moral law still exists.
Threatening to end an entire civilization of 90 million people in order to bend a nation’s conduct to your will is grossly morally wrong. It is evil. And we should say this loudly.
Two things can be true at once: U.S. forces are performing brilliantly at the operational and tactical levels while U.S. political leaders are demonstrating remarkable incompetence and incoherence at the political and strategic levels. The latter may undo the gains of the former.
@astraiaintel Seems like it is also an example of piss poor planning. US knew Ukraine had this experience and expertise in dealing with Shaheds, so why didn't we reach out to them before the war started?
@PaulRieckhoff Slightly different situation, though both were ultimately caused by Trump. Biden just inherited a really bad situation with a timeline pushed on him due to Trump sabotaging the whole thing before he was out. Trump was able to plan all of this one out on his timeline.
