@nigeldanson @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp I waited three months for them to install cable to my home from a junction 10 metres away. Three times they didn’t turn up. Three times they rearranged. Cancelled an went Virgin. Two weeks later BT turn up to install the cable #muppets

@bt_uk After having my broadband installation delayed by a month FOR THE THIRD TIME I want to cancel my order. I tried to do that by phone but gave up after being on hold for over 40 minutes. I wrote a complaint using the My BT app last Monday. No reply. Can you help please?

@Tesco I’d like to make you aware of a problem with one of your frozen products I purchased recently. It’s not about the quality of the product itself but the instructions for cooking said product. The instructions do not fit with the product at all so it’s unusable.

@RichardpPhoto And there was I panicking when I had to stop and let a herd of escaped cows pass me in my car. Quite intimidating when there’s about 30 of them brushing against the car 😆

@HRiihimki @damianbrown Yes mate. I was in the area (kind of) so I thought I’d go take a look. I had no idea what a feat of engineering it was until I walked its length, it’s really impressive. I need to go back better equipped 🙂
