@FirstChoiceUK Horrendous experience waiting for hours on the phone over 3 days trying to sort holiday to end up speaking to a call centre in India where I couldn’t understand the person & had to put the phone down. Not happy 😡 Poor show First Choice 🤯

UPDATE - crammed into a holding gate that I thought was for the BHX flight...EXT passengers also filtered into same departure area which barely accommodates 1 flight never mind 2 so standing room only 🤯

@TUIUK Rhodes Airport does not work 🤬 Sort it out! Multiple countries filtering through a sleepy county coffee shop doesn’t work. Lovely island...poor (incredibly) airport service.
