It went down with the removal of heroku’s free tier. Then it was moved to render, where it chugged on with the occasional error.

The site was almost completely static so it just made sense to change. Shout out to GitHub for their free pages hosting!

The venerable https://t.co/ew2VTBdkyR moved from a 14 year old Sinatra app to a static jekyll site hosted on GH pages.

Was a burden to keep running with such old (unnecessary 😅) deps.

Felt right to keep it in ruby. Hoping it continues to teach and inspire for years to come!
