@BBCNews Amazing. Just been told that @Eurostar are still sending trains (empty presumably) to FCO banned destinations—so won’t offer refunds, but will “send necessary paperwork so you can try to claim off insurance.” Shocking behaviour #Coronavirus
@seetickets I bought VIP meet and greet ticket as a gift for my daughter. The ticket has my name on it but I am not attending. Will this stop my daughter getting entry? She can bring her own ID and letter from me if it helps.

@EMTrains No. I’d like to know if I get compensated for the lack of food and facilities that were included in the cost of my ticket. And also would like to know how food can just ‘not turn up’?
@EMTrains I think much better if the manager makes an announcement/apology to the entire carriage don’t you? Everyone in here is in the same position, and unhappy.
@EMTrains Coach K. The wi-fi is active but not connecting to the internet. I was told “food was not delivered to the train at London”. Why not? STaff didn’t tell us anything, just removed menus from tables. Only fessed up when asked.
