Today was so disappointing. I just wanted to help my sis get her #1 bucket list item. We did everything right, followed all instructions, and didn't get in for 8.5 HOURS, only to see a full gray floor. Both @Ticketmaster and @SeatGeek sucked today. Do better. See you Friday. 😒
