Tata Motors - I "was" a fan of your ev cars until today. Just 2 months after buying your car.. it stalled in the middle of the night ( saying HV alert). Your customer support support center was utterly careless saying they will reach in 2 hrs.. and then delayed it by another 2 hr

HI @AirCanada,booked round trip, YVR-LAX. Missed first flight from YVR to LAX. You canceled the return ticket. Did not inform me. Sent ticket confirmation before flight. When I reach the airport, i have no flight ( for a fully paid ticket ). Manager yells at me.. be better! 🙄
