Theres other theories about b12 not being able to cross the bbb but thats largely unknown unless theres specialised testing for it.

@AbudBakri @alc2022 Can you tell me more ? I started to develop low cd 3 cd 4 cd8 to levels that are alarmingly low. D r says im technically the same as an HIV patient BUT I don't have HIV. I have low igm (life long) and high igg4.
Did you take all 3 ? And did it do anything to u? Worse or better ?
