Looks like social media exposure of these heartless J6 DC judges is having an impact.

In a shock move today, Lamberth did not send this J6 defendant back to jail for another 21 months after threatening to do so.

Lamberth instead ordered time served for Leo Kelly (who spent 11 months in federal prison until his 1512c2 conviction was vacated) AND ordered that the fine/restitution Kelly paid under his now unlawful 1512c2 conviction be reimbursed by the government.

That, I believe, is a first.

We need to keep up the pressure on these judges. We turned Royce Lamberth into the Grinch. (At least for now)

DC court docket this week is packed with J6 court proceedings.

This afternoon, the vicious Royce Lamberth will preside over a resentencing hearing for a J6er who already served 11 months in federal prison with the now vacated 1512c2 count driving a 30-month sentence.

Following SCOTUS ruling in Fischer, which overturned how DOJ applied its most common J6 felony, the DC circuit vacated Kelly's conviction on that count.

The Bureau of Prisons then released Kelly.

That enraged Lamberth, who then threatened to hold BOP IN CONTEMPT for releasing Kelly--without 1512c2, he only had misdemeanor convictions.

Lamberth ordered a hearing to RESENTENCE Kelly, a 36-year old man who went to DC with his parents and was inside for about 25 minutes.
