@GrantLavac Science absolutely needs a much better spokesperson than NDT. His perceived authority presenting factually incorrect and oversimplified "science" does a disservice to both actual science and the general public.
@TheUFOzzie This is an interesting air intelligence (A2) document; given that origin and the document content, it certainly seems to support the temporal substance and importance of that phenomenon. Which makes the input by Dr Georgii and Dr Schelp intriguing.
@TheUFOzzie Dropping this here as a documented demonstration of Richard's involvement with UFO's, in this instance in "explaining away" sightings.

This information comes via Bill Chalker via Harry Turner.
The NAA also has a number of archived Department of Supply documents in which Col. Richard Durance where is responsible for responding to citizen reports and enquiries on unidentified aerial sightings.
@OpenAI@sama
If I may be cheeky enough as to add some work items to your model-challenges Kanban.
- Room temperature semiconductor
- Cold fusion
- Zero-point energy
@TheUFOzzie 100% agree mate.
I have no doubt a civilization or intelligence far more advanced than our own is, one some level, able to manipulate physical reality. Even our own observations of physical reality seem 'variable' within our limited quantum physical frameworks.
@TheUFOzzie The point being that we have hard human based evidence that perception manipulation is entirely possible, so there is little reason to discount the possibility that NHI have this same capability and will use it.
@TheUFOzzie It wouldn't surprise me if were doing exactly that.
Even humans have successfully manipulated neural perception remotely over the past decade (and likely longer) and if we can do that, imagine what something far more advanced might be able to do.

@mommaleo The University of Washington in Seattle conducted a successful brain-to-brain experiment ~2018 called BrainNet, where thoughts were read and projected from people who could see a screen containing a game of tetris to a blind receiver who played.

@ChrisUKSharp "...potentially a joint effort that’s going to take place specifically on investigating this stuff between two countries..."
Would be very interested in following this thread, especially if we are talking about two separate governments.
@alexwg@matthew_pines@AKlokus Genuine question: where does the team stand on transformative breakthrough physics being transitioned (contractually or through subjugate acquiescence) from PSI to Defense/MIC with little net 'broad public benefit'?

@GrantLavac "Why haven't we been told? Perhaps we have been... it's just some people have been told". I very strongly suspect this is the case... it's hard to believe with this being a global phenomenon our public ISR capability is "blind" to it. That information is gated by someone.
