Enjoy the rest of August.
I’m told that in Birmingham alone 500 families of disabled kids over 16 STILL don’t know whether they will be able to go to school in September because of the decision not to provide transport.
The real ‘left behind.’
While we celebrate A level results today, think of the disabled kids who’ll never be able to do sixth form because local authorities refuse to provide them with transport.
@bishy3 @goodreads I distinctly remember having to read another book at the same time as each of these 3. Just so I calmed down before sleep each night!
@bishy3 @goodreads I don’t have an issue with rats now but definitely still struggle each time I see a slug and I’ve not read the book in the last 30 years!
Today We remember the incredible bravery of the RAF on one of the most pivotal days in the history of our Islands in the Battle of Britain.
Today 18th August in 1940 became forever known as ' The Hardest Day '. #Respect#NeverForgotten. 🙏🏻
GREAT NEWS
My ongoing campaign to limit the number of people retweeting this image and causing any upset to Boris Johnson has made great progress I am now so confident that nobody will RT it that I am going to tag in @BorisJohnson so he can see how well we're doing.
Thank you.
There’s a lot going on today but I've got some breaking nature news: I’ve just secured a debate on the Government lifting the ban on bee-killing pesticides on 2 February at 9.30am. Get your MP to speak in it to save our bees #SaveTheBees ❤️🐝
