Ohio Democratic gubernatorial candidate Amy Acton’s own mother urges voters not to vote for her daughter.

“My name is Donna Arthur and I’m Amy Acton’s mother. I worked at Children and Family Service Association, building one of the first two sexual abuse programs in America.

I love my daughter, but when I saw her lying about her opponent—and it’s not easy for a mother to say this—but Amy has a serious problem.

A newly attained video of Maricopa County BTC room confirms that software was being installed on Oct. 7th. To date, Maricopa County has not produced any system logs or provided details on WHAT software was being loaded or that software has been certified and approved for use prior to install.

SECURITY ALERT: Video shows failure to secure port blockers, secure keys or log and track USB drives in accordance with security protocols. *Video shows the employee leaving the room and the facility in position of the flash drive with NO chain of custody.

Maricopa County needs to provide answers: Was this the Runbeck Novas Duplication Software being loaded and has it been certified and approved? Would a file naming error as presented in the demonstration require a software update/install?

In conservative areas of Pima County we have large numbers of Republicans reporting they never received a ballot. In some precincts it appears that more than 10% of Republicans reported that no ballot arrived or delayed by more than a week.

I am calling on the Department of Justice to investigate the Pima County elections and USPS in Tucson/Pima county to determine why this is happening.

We saw similar explained away issues in 2024.

A ballot harvester in Minnesota shows the trunk and dashboard packed:
“You can see my car is full. All these here are absentee ballots. Can’t you see? Look at all these. My car is full.”

300 in one haul.

When asked who fills them out: “People who work with Ilhan and other candidates… they work for them.”

Cash changes hands. Elders get visited. Blank or open ballots leave the building. Minnesota law limits how many you can carry. Federal law bans the pay-to-vote scheme. None of it mattered.

This is the same machine still fighting every single effort to require citizenship proof and clean the rolls. The same people who call election security “disenfranchisement.”

They never stopped. They just got quieter about the receipts.

Pass the SAVE Act.

"Know the facts, so you can vote confidently"… okay Maricopa, I would love to know the facts. Two county election employees work a day shift, leave the tabulation center at 6:23pm, come back at 9:08pm with a toddler in tow, and around 10:30 at night one of them is plugging flash drives into computers inside the building, two days after logic and accuracy testing was done on the equipment.

And the county's answer? "A legitimate election task, late into the night," plus a reminder that you can watch the tabulation center 24/7, 365 days a year. Except the group that got the video says the camera that caught this does not appear to be one of the public feeds, and nobody at the county has said what the task was, what was on those drives, or which systems they touched… and these employees answer to Scott Jarrett and the Board of Supervisors, not the Recorder.

I have been told for years that asking questions like this makes me a conspiracy theorist. How is "trust us" still the answer 22 days before an election?

In a "secure" Maricopa County Ballot Tabulation Room, during a LIVE election, after Logic & Accuracy testing, Brian Ramirez is seen inserting SD cards into an election computer, late at night, with nobody around.

Brian Ramirez also deleted files off the EMS in the 2020 election. There are no coincidences.

Everything Ramirez did on that computer at that time and day MUST be examined, unless he had admin access, which he could easily just cover his tracks and delete the logs and files.

It doesn't matter how safe the machines are when the election workers themselves are compromised.
