@EvanSernoffsky you make it sound like an arrest is a person off the street which isn’t the case at all. The District Attorney's office has maintained a policy since 2020 (reaffirmed by DA Brooke Jenkins in 2022) to avoid requesting cash bail. They walk right back out there.

due to white supremacy and it did not include violence from other gangs or demographics as left leaning. When that was removed, results were quite different.
