#WTOMC14 | SAIIA will be on the sidelines of this week's 14th @wto Ministerial Conference in Yaoundé.

On 24 and 25 March, SAIIA – represented by @OhioOmiunu and Luanda Mpungose - the @remakingtrade, @ODI_Global, the @tradenif, the International Relations Institute of Cameroon and @TESSForum are hosting a workshop on how Africa can shape #WTOreform to ensure regional priorities are reflected in global trade rules.

Discussions will:
➡️ Examine governance and institutional reform.
➡️ Assess fairness, special and differential treatment, subsidies and policy space.
➡️ Address climate-related trade measures, digital trade and emerging technologies.

SAIIA will also participate in the third #BusinessForum and the launch of the Africa Trade Policy Working Group.
