📣 Revealing the #METM23 theme: The underlying story.
What’s the story behind your language business? What drives your linguistic choices? Has your career taken a different route? Share your insights with us.
The call for proposals is now open 👉 https://t.co/lHG6DPpSIx
@LinguisticsGirl@lou_elizab The recipe includes a yoghurt but you also measure all the ingredients in the yoghurt pot which makes it really easy. The recipe I use also includes half a pot of oil.
In isolated professions like ours, mentoring can provide valuable reassurance and insights and offer shortcuts to solutions. Louise Normandière explores how sharing lessons learned can be rewarding for mentor and mentee. https://t.co/61CDeUS1nL

@Prof_Schilling Thank you for being there and everything you and your teams are doing ❤ Also, what a fabulous photo, credit to the photographer; a striking and eloquent image that captures so much.
@bouyguestelecom Merci pour l installation de la fibre par l un des pro de #bouygues bien entendu rien ne fonctionne et le service client raccroche au bout du 5eme interlocuteur.
I'm speaking at the Monterey Forum on May 4-5 (on embracing risk), and after some reflection will offer a masterclass in San Francisco on May 6. Intense, energizing; not of interest to dabblers. For more info https://t.co/OKaws9Nzrs
@anglais Yes yes and all the yeses! But, as @petergarner says, I have recently started hearing it used in England by non-language professionals working in HR, which has made me question my occasional red pen rampage. But it just sounds wrong to me.
