@Rich_Cooke1 2016/7 - traffic, my record was x3 drink / drug drives in an 8 hour shift and we regularly would get x2 in quite easily.

Now, we have limited custody space. No transport. Longer waits in custody and Connect.

I would be lucky to not need overtime to deal with x1 arrest.

The design recently changed but are still comfortable and better than shirt and tie.

The only time we wear shirt and tie with solo kit is for ceremonial events.

@cookmandy I understand the concern. Clear policies and understandings between Ambo and Police ensure we are not replacing them. When ambo arrive, we hand over to them.

It's about getting a defib and trained personel to a casualty asap.

This is a good thing.

Best I could find was £890.

Most insurers were between £1200-£2500...
