No photos, no IG posts... a few folks pop into the shop maybe once a month . now that it's getting cold I like seeing that they are still ok. The camps in/around peterborough ( not down town) are building for cold. Humans attempts at Survival.

Prep day. Cleaning,shopping, reset the kitchen. making Boston cream filling, lemon curd, granola. As we slowly add things in I'm going to try and get more prep done for our week of donuting.

Why do some gluten free breads come in not resealable bags? If I'm paying 8$ for bread it would be nice to be able to have it fresh. yes i can put it in a freezer bag but that's not the point.

As a recent conesour of many flavors of Gatorade, this frost glacier cherry was my fav. Esp when used to chase apples spice neocitran or lemon.
