@AriaWestcott Such fucking bullshit FUD. Background App Refresh fires *at most* every 15 min and provides an app exactly 30s of run-time. It completely halts if you manually terminate the app. Don’t listen to this fool. How do I know? https://t.co/j5H9GaACJ0
@iwelsh No, that 91% rate was in USA and the figure is misleading. In 1960, the U.S. 91% bracket started at $400,000 for married couples, equivalent to several million dollars today. Almost nobody reached it. only about 0.002% of households had income taxed at that top rate.
@robinmonotti “My house thermostat was set to 22°C yesterday and today, yet the room temperature changed by 2°C when I opened a window. Therefore thermostats don’t affect temperature.”
@seempaq I don’t understand. I only listen to shows I’m subscribed to, some I’ve been listening to for years. I don’t sense any change in the authenticity of the shows I’m subscribed. It’s just talk radio. Obviously there’s both and shit and good.
@hunkybill@seempaq It’ll be an easier sell when they can offer credit cards (I’m on the waiting list for that). Once they can offer credit cards, I’m closing my RBC accounts and routing all Shopify sales to Wealthsimple.
@hunkybill@seempaq It’s a pretty good app, I’ll give them that. It’s like a headless bank with lower fees. When they can issue credit cards, I’d consider going all-in, closing all RBC business accounts.
