Prioritization that doesn’t suck: quick dump → satisfying sort into Anchor / Should / Nice. Designed so it stays easy forever.
This is core to Soltide’s morning ritual, commit to less and not feel overwhelmed about it.
Building in public. Feedback welcome 👇
@mattpocockuk skills have been a huge boost to my day to day. Using wayfinder plus grill-me truly has made me slow down and build better software with AI and not more slop. Seriously give it a try if you’re looking to build better with AI.
@13_narcissus Easily deadlines but I am learning more and more to lean into failures instead of deadlines. It teaches a lot more life changing things to fail and keep going than to just have deadlines.
@yashhq_22 To get something not buggy and good quality takes effort even with AI. It’s usually better to just buy it than to build it on your own unless you want something that is very simple.
@DanielSmidstrup Picking what to focus on, we can build so fast that you know long have to pick 1 out of 100 ideas to get on you can build 10 of them and not lose much time.
@CarlosBBuild One paying user is the validation I want way more than a viral post. Anyone can like a post but to spend money on your product is incredible.
@buildwithmaya For what it’s worth I think you’re doing great and I feel similar when I see your content and think I should be doing more or things differently
@CarlosBBuild I’d take it even farther that the reason Developers will still be needed is AI still sucks at understanding human to human context. We still need developers converting feedback, and product changes to context the AI can work off of.
