@ONAN_OUS I suppose it starts to matter once RRP use falls to 0 while QT is ongoing - at that point bank reserves would become scarce as excess liquidity drained off. So I think the only takeaway is higher likelihood of QT pause once RRP hits 0. Aside from that dont really think it matters
@SeanB95926@GuyDealership Not surprising - it’s priced at such a massive premium to Tesla, despite subpar performance (not a Tesla fanboy, just hard to find a better performance per dollar than them)
@awealthofcs@M_C_Klein Consumption is easier than ever. Rather than having to drive to the mall, find parking, and experience physical cash leaving their wallet, US consumers can now order directly from Chinese manufacturers using a (gamified!) app on their phone. You can order a Tesla on your phone!
@kchoudhu Depends on tax rates and what part of the curve you’re looking at - short end of the muni curve is pretty expensive here, even at higher tax rates it’s possible to pick up after tax yield in either taxable munis, IG credit, or occasionally treasuries relative to exempts
@mortgagehomey@glennkelman@realEstateTrent Odd that “avoiding lowballs” is such a priority in the comments, as people are able to reject them just as quickly as they’re placed. More offers overall = more price discovery = more efficient market
@patrick_oshag@matthewclifford I think most people initially discover Sanderson with the Mistborn/Alloy series and then move on to Stormlight - Mistborn is definitely more YA-type material
@sairarahman Cadillac Desert is a pretty interesting history of water policy/water usage in the West. I’m still amazed when I see “property of LADWP” signs when backpacking up to remote alpine lakes in the Sierras

The year is 2036. Banks operating in the unregulated Eurobitcoin market create tens of billions of BTC deposits out of thin air to leverage their exposure to mezzanine tranches of NFT-backed structured credit products
@bottombucketaf Try a west coast city instead - in LA, we have hiking, rock climbing, skiing (close ish), road biking, mountain biking, beach volleyball, sailing, scuba, hang gliding, bars, museums, restaurants, concerts, surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, etc etc
