@cibc After another non helpful chat session on the app, I received another number to call and ended up talking to a loan agent who got me in touch with a supervisor who is actually helping.
@cibc is the worst bank ever. Been trying to get a status update on a loan application they offered me for two weeks now and can’t get an answer from anybody and all the advents want to do is transfer the call away or hang up on you.
I don't like being negative on social platforms in general, but, @Rogers phone lines are insufferable, and beyond broken for a company worth billions of dollars. They randomly hung up on me twice🤦♂️ 🤯
I'm officially done with @rogers. I've had Xfinity cable service for a month out of the last five months.
I was a Rogers cable subscriber for the last 16 yrs until my cable box died in Dec. When you order the Xfinity box, they don't tell you that you need their Internet, too. 🙄

Well our router turned out to be burned out as far as the 5G went. The technician arrived this morning and was great according to my wife, who was awake while I napped. Once I got the attention of @RogersHelps on here instead of waiting hours on the phone to talk to a human, I got connected to their online chat and had the appointment booked in under an hour, including time spent waiting for my wife to finish a meeting so I could get account info from her. The cable coming into our house turned out not to be grounded, so the tech fixed that and replaced our router. I also talked to my psychiatrist yesterday and we doubled the dose of the ADHD medication I'm taking to 40mg once a day and I make sure that there is at least 10-12 hours between taking it and taking the duloxetine that it it can interact with to spike my anxiety. So far so good. If this turns out not to be the right one for me, we'll try Ritalin when I talk to him next on the 3rd. I just popped my 40mg for the day. Starting to wake up now. It takes a couple hours to really take full effect, I find.

My wife tried to call our ISP company, who used to be @ShawInfo and is now @RogersHelps , only to be put on hold for an hour, be exposed to horrible music, be told three times to visit websites that don't exist, and to give up after never talking to a human. She'll try again tomorrow. Our 5G is down to accepting only one device and our 2.5G is bearing the rest of the load. I want this fixed and they aren't making it easy. In fact they are making it frustrating, which can push me into an autistic meltdown. They clearly don't value their customers.
