@DanKnightMMA I'm not a fan of Trudeau but to me this is just a pic of him going on with his son & nothing more. I think the interpretation of it is a bit speculative. The son would had said no to this if he didn't want it posted publicly.
@mvfyyc@KrystleMSudz@RachelNotley I get the point but with rising costs & interest rates if that were so, there may be less home owners willing to rent out. This may decrease already tight supply even more. There should be another solution to this
@CTVCalgary Here's hoping he doesn't run again regardless of his personal life. The country needs new blood. He's done enough to make the country fall below it's potential
@EricSte45624165@AdrianaLaGrange@ABDanielleSmith If meaning in terms of health care provisions I would disagree. It may provide inconsistent/differing standards of care or policies in care for each region. This would take more time and cost when consistent, standardized care is preferred across the province esp as one travels
@AdrianaLaGrange To patient units. That maybe why emergency numbers may improve. They just shuffle them to inappropriate places to nursing units that still don't have the adequate staff or area for ideal patient care
@AdrianaLaGrange Ha! And heard some managers let nurses work short and don't compensate those picking up on days off and won't hire more staff to safely help nurses but will hire more managers. Top top heavy....still Emergency capacity pushes hospitals to overflow extra patients to hallway
@CWalcottYYC Perhaps also more incentive for homeowners do be encouraged to provide legal secondary suites. This will provide gentle density to certain areas; especially historical ones where increased high rises aren't appropriate. But parking fees cost council will have to contend with
@JyotiGondek@macleans Maybe try catching a train at night & walk around city hall train station, east village area on some nights and let us know. I think all council should catch the trains and transit at nights . Also, walk around the east village near the drop in centre. Some rounds to know city
@citynewscalgary Wouldn't the increased use of electric be also an issue on availability of it along with increasing promotion of electric cars too. How would we source the demand of it into the future
@zakwilliams Culture is not the same without him. He brought so much and laughter and great acting to the world. I will always love his Mrs.doubtfire character. I used to watch it alot while I was in school .
@jones_yyc@citynewscalgary It can still be used optionally if there's concern for appeared use for it to the individual. It's just not mandatory as it was but the choice is still there to use.
@DucrossM @ABDanielleSmith That would be fully tax payer funded. It would be nice, I get it. I had to pay all my student loans. It took me luckily a decade. Frankly I would rather put my tax dollars to other issues
@ABDanielleSmith Again, I understand families have a lot to think about but could you also consider other demographics like single income households ( non families)? That only seems to being your language these days. Like that's the only important demographic in AB
@PierrePoilievre Campsites- poverty, addictions, mental health issues and crime are not just increased in Canada. I noted in the the States as well especially post pandemic.
