@Pancreassassin @chronicelliee @t1diababe It took me 28 years to acknowledge this. My mother likes to talk over how ‘difficult’ I was the week I was diagnosed. I always hated it. Finally snapped last year and asked her to stop. Because it brings trauma back. Obvious once I named it.

See sexual abuse by clergy, protected by people in church. Also ‘loving thy neighbour’ & ‘judging not’ by shrieking at people to repent. 🤷🏼‍♀️ but whatevs
