@KG101_M In South Africa, employing a foreign national who does not have the legal right to work is against the law. Employers have a legal duty to verify that employees have valid immigration documentation before hiring them.
From 1 October, employers caught hiring illegal workers as food delivery drivers or construction workers will face fines of up to £60,000 per illegal worker or five years in prison.
Gig economy employers will be legally required to ensure Right to Work checks are undertaken.

Its been a busy couple of weeks in RSA.... the bafanax2 hate-watch didnt go as planned, then it was the 30June which went on without major incidence thanks to SAPS, now we r being insulted by 'united' Africa 4 appointing a SAn who happens to be Muslim? This continent is cursed.
