If you're really critical of people, ideas, movies, and utterances, that's cool.
But don't pat yourself on the back too hard, because criticism is super easy and mostly useless.
I recorded almost every one of my "Exercise Scientist Critiques" videos with zero prep and honestly, some funny jokes but only limited insight. The best insight was from taking a break from criticising and doing teaching moments.
I see a lot of folks criticizing EVERYTHING on X, and it's not making the experience much better.
Want to help make things BETTER? Build, create, assist. More that, less bitching.
Irony: I'm criticizing critics!
I gave up a career I loved because I'm not willing to hand my kids a state this broken.
If you feel that way too, then let's fix it together. The primary is Tuesday, August 11, but you can vote starting TODAY!
Get out and vote, Minnesota!

I’m sorry this happened to you, no one should be targeted with swatting for their political beliefs.
On another note…
When someone swatted me and my family last year, and a dozen other conservatives: @nicksortor, @GrageDustin, @catturd2, and @GuntherEagleman not a SINGLE Democrat said a word about it.
Retard says she needs an expert to tell her if Coca-Cola is nutricious and belongs on SNAP
What's the point of these things when no one gives a straight answer
@RepRoKhanna Congressman, the American people depend upon you to defend our country against the Chinese Communist Party.
Today, you wasted everyone’s time accusing me of racism against my own family. Completely absurd.
We need you to get serious.

@BBCWorld They planned a terrorist attack and SHOT a law enforcement officer in the NECK.
Do I need to repeat that? A law enforcement officer was SHOT IN THE NECK and BBC is over here saying they were sentenced due to “protesting”. Lol.
Such disgraceful reporting. Unbelievable.
Even if this were a work of fiction, it would be bone-chilling. I suspect it is possibly all true, however, and then it would be something else entirely. Worth a listen.
Exactly.
If there were mass deaths due to USAID, when are they? I would like to call the bereaved parents!
Nobody died is the truth, but a lot of fraud, funding bioweapons and foreign government interference was stopped.
Many lives were saved as a result of stopping the bad parts of USAID funding. The parts of funding that have some chance of doing good remain in place and were transferred to the State Department.
For years, I raised alarms about dangerous gain-of-function research being farmed out to foreign countries, and I was told it was a conspiracy theory. Now, declassified documents show that the U.S. funded over 120 biolabs across more than 30 countries. Some of this research was conducted overseas precisely because scientists knew it would face scrutiny on American soil.
I'm calling for a presidential commission of scientists to review all gain-of-function research going forward. We're going lab by lab and pathogen by pathogen until the American people know the full truth.

Let me break it down in a simple way that I’ve been reporting from the beginning.
To invent a vaccine for a disease that didn’t exist, our scientific Einsteins used taxpayer money to partner with communist China to create the dangerous virus in a lab—So that they could create a vaccine for it.
Covid was a result of primarily US funded vaccine research, and that’s the thing they could not let you know.
They stopped at nothing to obfuscate, misdirect, cover their tracks, protect themselves, and controversialize anyone telling the truth.
The scientific establishment and media aided and abetted.
I can think of no more impactful, crimes and violations that have occurred in our lifetime.
WATCH: The federal felony indictment against 15 accused Antifa cell members in Minnesota is a huge FAFO moment. It's the first time the DOJ has pursued conspiracy charges against Antifa members.

20 years ago, An Inconvenient Truth put climate change at the center of global debate, shaping politics, influencing leaders, and inspiring a generation of activists.
Two decades later, we can assess not just its impact, but its accuracy. Many of the film’s most alarming predictions did not materialize, while many of the policies it inspired have proven costly and ineffective.
The lesson? Panic is a poor guide for public policy. Focusing on innovation, adaptation, and economic development can do far more to help both people and the climate—at a fraction of the cost.

We now know Dr. Fauci had deep ties to the intelligence community that predate the COVID pandemic. Think about what that means. When the question of whether this virus came from a lab first arose, one man was positioned to shape the answer across science, intelligence, and public opinion.
He steered the narrative away from the lab leak theory because he knew the NIH was funding gain-of-function research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
Import poverty; romanticize illegal immigration; demonize the middle class; drive out private-sector capital; and exempt elites from the consequences of their own ideology—and you’re left with a state where democracy dies, along with everything else.
