This clearly shows where the failure lies. Still no response from Goibibo.

Goibibo booking failed, no rebooking support despite showing it in app. SpiceJet couldn’t access PNR. Had to pay double the fare on my own.

Extremely disappointed with Goibibo. Booked a confirmed flight but airline cancelled the flight but couldn’t retrieve PNR due to goibibo error. No rebooking support, only refund despite fare surge. Forced to pay ₹7,044 vs ₹3,600.
